This photovoltaic keel adopts 6005-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The dual surface treatment of hot-dip galvanizing and polyester powder coating enhances the weather resistance in outdoor harsh environments, while the slotted U-shaped cross section facilitates the installation of photovoltaic fixtures. The load-bearing capacity reaches ≥500N/m, and it can resist level 12 typhoons, solving the pain points of traditional steel brackets such as easy rusting and heavy weight. It can shorten the installation cycle of photovoltaic power stations by 40%, making it an ideal choice for large-scale photovoltaic projects.

The keel is made of 6005-T6 aluminum alloy, with optional thicknesses of 1.5mm, 1.8mm and 2.0mm. The standard lengths are 6m and 7m, with a slotted U-shaped cross section, 40mm flange width and 80mm web height. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanized + polyester powder coating, meeting the standards of UL 2703 and GB 50794-2012. The load-bearing capacity is ≥500N/m, with a wind resistance rating of ≥12 Beaufort. It is packaged in waterproof stretch film and wooden pallets, with 1000 meters per pallet, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

It is suitable for large-scale ground photovoltaic power stations, industrial and commercial roof photovoltaic projects, distributed photovoltaic system bracket construction, and is compatible with all kinds of crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel installations. It can be customized in length and cross section size, suitable for outdoor harsh environment use, no frequent maintenance is required, and the service life can reach more than 25 years.
