This partition keel adopts 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy material, which has high strength and low density. The anodized silver surface treatment does not require additional painting, saving construction costs and time. The C-shaped cross-section design effectively improves the structural stability, while the clip-on mounting design simplifies the construction steps, reducing on-site pollution and noise. It solves the pain points of traditional partition keels such as complicated installation and easy rusting, and meets European and domestic partition building material standards, making it suitable for modular partition systems.
The keel is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with optional thicknesses of 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm. The standard lengths are 3m and 3.6m, with a C-shaped cross section, 20mm flange width and 75mm web height. The surface is treated with anodized silver, meeting the standards of JG/T 191-2006 and EN 13964. The load-bearing capacity is ≥80N/m, with clip-on mounting type. It is packaged in waterproof cartons, with 200 meters per box, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
It is suitable for lightweight partition projects of office spaces, apartment indoor partitions, commercial store compartments, school classroom partitions and other indoor light load scenarios.
