It uses imported high-precision sensors to ensure stable and accurate weighing data, and supports automatic zero tracking and tare setting. The optional unattended configuration can realize functions such as license plate recognition and automatic data recording, eliminating manual intervention and reducing the risk of weighing fraud. The IP67 protection grade makes it suitable for harsh outdoor environments, resistant to rain, dust and corrosion, and can operate stably in temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 60℃. It also supports remote monitoring and fault early warning, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly locate and solve problems.

The platform adopts 8mm thick checkered carbon steel panel, with a main beam height of 300mm, and is equipped with 4 or 6 high-precision cantilever pressure sensors. The display resolution is 1/30000, and the large-screen display can be clearly viewed even in direct sunlight. The power supply supports AC 220V/50Hz or solar energy supply, and the built-in backup battery can support 72 hours of emergency use. The data storage capacity is ≥100000 weighing records, which can be exported via USB or uploaded to the cloud. The scale is designed in a split type, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation, and the average installation time is within 8 hours. The self-weight of the standard 3m*12m model is about 8 Tons.
