It supports automatic and manual calibration modes, enabling rapid calibration without professional equipment. The integrated RS485/Modbus communication interface can directly connect to the enterprise ERP system, realizing seamless circulation of weighing data, solving the industry pain points of tedious manual entry and easy errors of traditional truck scale data.

The overall platform size ranges from 3m×6m to 3m×24m (customizable). The load capacity of a single sensor is up to 30 tons, and the maximum total weighing capacity of the whole machine is 150 tons. The body thickness is 12mm, with three anti-corrosion treatments of sandblasting derusting, epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, with a service life of more than 15 years. The power supply supports AC220V/50Hz standard mains power or solar photovoltaic supporting power supply, with standby power consumption less than 10W. It is equipped with a high-definition LED display with a visible distance of 50 meters, supporting Chinese and English bilingual display. It is standardly equipped with 8 sets of high-precision bridge sensors, and 12 sets of sensors can be selected to adapt to larger ranges. It supports external peripherals such as printers, infrared vehicle detectors and gate systems, meeting the requirements of unmanned weighing scenarios.

It is mainly applicable to heavy freight logistics parks, open-pit mines, steel processing plants, grain purchasing stations, container terminals and other scenarios, which can accurately weigh heavy trucks, engineering machinery and bulk cargo.
