It supports one-key testing and automatic data saving, and can generate detailed test reports. The device is equipped with a detachable probe, which can facilitate testing of complex-shaped workpieces. The built-in 5000mAh battery can support 4 hours of continuous working, and it is light and portable, suitable for on-site testing.
The overall size is 180mm * 120mm * 60mm. The micro-focus X-ray tube has a spot size of ≤0.1mm. The testing time is 1-3 seconds per sample. It supports testing of multiple coating types such as single-layer coating, double-layer coating and alloy coating. The probe has a length of 300mm, which can facilitate testing of deep holes and narrow spaces. It meets the ASTM B568 and ISO 2128 coating thickness testing standards, and has passed national metrological certification.
