The product adopts a closed-ray tube design, which has good radiation protection performance and meets international radiation safety standards. Equipped with a liquid nitrogen-cooled Si-PIN detector, it has high resolution and low background noise, which can achieve accurate detection of trace elements. The professional XRF analysis software supports automatic peak identification, quantitative calculation and report generation, and can export data in multiple formats such as PDF and Excel. The device has a large sample chamber that can accommodate samples of up to 100mm in diameter, and can be equipped with various sample holders to meet the testing needs of different samples.

The overall size is 650mm * 550mm * 450mm. The excitation voltage is adjustable from 10kV to 50kV, and the excitation current is adjustable from 0 to 1000μA. The detector resolution is ≤140eV at 5.9keV. The sample chamber has a height adjustment function of 0-50mm, which can adapt to samples of different thicknesses. The device is equipped with a built-in air purification system, which can realize vacuum and atmospheric testing modes, meeting the testing needs of light elements (such as Na, Mg, Al). It meets the ISO 17025 laboratory testing standard and has passed national metrological certification.
