Adopts silicon drift detector to achieve high-sensitivity harmful element detection, with a detection limit as low as 0.5ppm to meet RoHS testing requirements. It can complete single sample detection in 30 seconds, with a fully enclosed radiation protection cabin to avoid X-ray leakage. It has built-in RoHS-specific detection templates that can automatically generate test reports that meet international standards, supports batch sample testing and data traceability, and can identify multiple sample types such as plastics, rubber and electronic slurry without complex sample pre-treatment.

The whole machine has dimensions of 750mm in length × 550mm in width × 1000mm in height and a weight of 65kg. The power supply is 110/220V AC, equipped with a 10-inch touch operation screen, and the X-ray tube power is 50W. The sample chamber is equipped with an automatic sample fixture to fix small electronic components, supports USB and LAN interfaces to connect to the computer for data management, and has a built-in professional RoHS compliance testing database, which can automatically compare the test results with regulatory limits and generate standardized test reports.

It is suitable for incoming material testing of electronic and electrical product manufacturing enterprises, finished product compliance testing, RoHS testing services of third-party testing institutions, compliance screening of cross-border e-commerce products and other scenarios. It can quickly complete harmful substance testing, help enterprises meet environmental compliance requirements around the world, and reduce product export risks.
