Adopts dual detector configuration (scintillation counter and proportional counter) to cover the full element detection range, with spectral resolution ≤150eV, which can accurately separate the characteristic spectral lines of adjacent elements. The detection limit is as low as 0.1ppm, meeting the trace impurity testing requirements. It is equipped with a large sample chamber that supports various types of bulk and powder samples, with built-in professional X-ray analysis software that can automatically generate test reports and data charts. The fully enclosed radiation protection design meets international safety standards, and supports remote data access and remote operation and maintenance services.

The whole machine has dimensions of 1200mm in length × 850mm in width × 1500mm in height, with a total weight of 850kg. The power supply is 110/220V AC 50/60Hz, and the X-ray tube power is 4kW. The sample chamber supports automatic sample stage movement to achieve multi-point detection. It is equipped with a 19-inch high-definition touch operation screen, supports multiple interfaces such as USB, LAN and HDMI, and adopts a water-cooled heat dissipation system to ensure long-term stable operation. The radiation protection dose rate is ≤1μSv/h, meeting international safety standards.

It is suitable for trace component analysis in geological and mineral research, impurity detection of high-end electronic components, element analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials, heavy metal detection of food contact materials, composition verification of aerospace materials and other scenarios. It can meet the high-precision testing needs of scientific research and industrial production, providing reliable data support for product development and quality control.
