Its core advantages are powerful holding force and floor adaptability. The wide rubber wheel deforms significantly under door pressure, creating an enormous contact area and"grip"with the floor, allowing it to"bite"securely even on carpet, preventing sliding. The steel axle core ensures the wheel is sturdy, durable, and maintains its shape. The overall low-center-of-gravity,wide-base structure prevents tipping. The rubber material provides excellent cushioning and quiet operation. It uses rolling friction against the floor, making it easier to reposition compared to wedge stops that rely on sliding friction.

The rubber wheel hardness is typically around Shore 60A,balancing support and elasticity. The wheel width can reach 2 inches, providing a super-sized contact surface. The bracket is usually made of high-impact ABS plastic or die-cast zinc. The unit can withstand door weights exceeding 50 kg.In standard tests, its anti-slide force is 2-3 times that of a wedge stop of similar size. The rubber compound includes anti-oxidants to delay aging.Suitable for door panels ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 inches in thickness.

Primarily used for home basement doors, doors leading from garages to interiors, heavy solid wood interior doors,or storage room doors in commercial settings. It is an effective solution for the common problem of door stops sliding on carpet. Also suitable for slightly sloped floors,as its strong friction can counteract some of the gravitational force.During use,the door should be pushed over the roller and pressed down to ensure the wheel is fully compressed and deformed.Although larger than wedge stops,it remains a portable,no-installation solution.Regularly check the rubber wheel for oil or dust contamination, which can reduce friction.
