The frame uses a box-type pre-stressed structure with a rigidity coefficient of 4.5×10⁶N/mm,capable of withstanding repeated impact loads.The upper and lower roll sets are independently driven by hardened gear reducers(torque reserve factor 2.5)and universal joints,with a synchronization accuracy≤0.1°.The roll bodies are fitted with replaceable wear-resistant liners(hardness HRC55-58)with a service life up to 8,000 hours.The four-column guiding mechanism uses copper-based graphite-lubricated bushings with guide clearance≤0.08mm.A digital angle sensor monitors the web tilt in real-time,and the PLC automatically calculates the correction amount.The hydraulic system includes an accumulator for pressure maintenance,with pressure fluctuation≤±0.5MPa.Three operating modes are available:automatic straightening,manual fine-tuning,and expert database recall,capable of storing process parameters for 50 common section specifications.

Mainly used for straightening heavy steel structures:correcting deformation of construction H-beams(Q345B)after welding,ensuring column/beam verticality≤H/1000;end straightening of segmented bridge box girders(Q370qD)during fabrication;flatness restoration of wind turbine tower flange rings(S355NL);pre-camber adjustment of port crane main girders(Q460C);and repair/refurbishment of mine support sections.In steel structure production lines,it is typically positioned after the assembly/welding station and before shot blasting/painting,serving as a key process equipment to ensure structural dimensions comply with the"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures"(GB50205).
