The floating platform uses food-grade HDPE engineering plastic, which is non-toxic, tasteless, and resistant to corrosion by seawater and chemicals, with a service life of up to 12 years. Each floating platform has a buoyancy of 500kg, and the overall system can bear a load of 2000kg, supporting simultaneous training of 10-15 people. The modular combination design allows users to freely arrange the project layout according to the water area size, such as straight lines, curves, or circular routes. The system is equipped with anchor fixing devices, which can keep the platform stable in wind and waves of level 3 or below. The supporting safety equipment includes professional life jackets and safety harnesses, with CE certification, solving the pain point of high safety risks in water expansion training.
Each floating platform has a size of 2m×2m×0.15m, with a weight of 35kg and a buoyancy of 500kg. The surface of the platform is designed with anti-slip patterns, with a friction coefficient of ≥0.8, to prevent slipping during training. The connecting parts are made of stainless steel, with a corrosion resistance level of 9.5, and can be used in saltwater environments for a long time. The overall combination length of the system is 25m, which can be extended to 50m by adding floating platforms. The anchor is made of cast iron, with a weight of 20kg per piece, and the fixing rope is a nylon rope with a diameter of 16mm and a breaking force of 2000kg. The supporting life jackets are suitable for adults and children, with a buoyancy of 150N and 100N respectively.
This product is applicable to lakeside expansion camps, water parks, corporate outdoor team building bases, and professional water adventure training institutions. Typical application scenarios include water-based team collaboration training, youth outdoor adventure camps, water park adventure projects, and corporate high-level team challenge activities. It can be installed in calm lakes, artificial water pools, and coastal protected waters. For expansion camps, it enriches the water-based training project system; for water parks, it attracts more tourists with unique adventure experiences; for enterprises, it provides a challenging team building method to enhance team cohesion and problem-solving ability.
