The Sky-High Extreme Inversion Windmill’s defining feature is its dual-motion mechanism: a 360° orbital inversion paired with a 180° side tilt, creating a unique “tumbling” motion that delivers unpredictable thrill. Its 22-meter height offers panoramic views of the park or surrounding landscape, enhancing the immersive adrenaline experience for passengers. The real-time safety monitoring system tracks passenger heart rates and structural stress levels during each run, automatically adjusting motion intensity if anomalies are detected. High-strength Q460 alloy steel is used for the main structure, ensuring stability and durability at extreme heights. To cater to dedicated thrill seekers, the ride offers a “max thrill” mode with increased rotation speeds, as well as a “standard” mode for first-time riders, balancing accessibility with extreme excitement.

This ride stands at 22 meters tall, with an orbital rotation radius of 9 meters. It accommodates 20 passengers across 5 closed cabins, with 4 passengers per cabin and a maximum individual weight limit of 160 kilograms. The 90 kW three-phase electric drive system powers an orbital rotation speed of 14 rpm and cabin self-rotation speed of 21 rpm, with a dual-motion mechanism that achieves 360° full inversion and 180° side tilt. The main structure is constructed from Q460 high-strength alloy steel, with a total weight of 16 metric tons. Safety features include ASTM F2291 and ISO 10326-certified five-point harnesses, redundant hydraulic braking systems, and a real-time biometric monitoring system that tracks passenger vital signs. Optional features include a challenge certificate system for riders completing the max thrill mode, with an operation cycle of 140 seconds per run and a noise level of ≤78 dB during operation.
This ride is exclusively designed for large extreme theme parks, mountain adventure resorts, and international tourist destinations targeting hardcore adrenaline enthusiasts. It can serve as the centerpiece of an extreme thrill zone, paired with launched roller coasters, free-fall towers, and bungee jumping attractions to create a world-class adventure hub. For resorts located in scenic areas, the 22-meter height offers panoramic views, adding an extra layer of appeal to the thrill experience. It is also suitable for special events such as extreme sports festivals or international amusement industry expos, where it can showcase cutting-edge ride technology. Additionally, parks can offer VIP fast-pass access and private ride sessions for high-end visitors, generating additional revenue streams.
