High-quality systems move smoothly and lightly, and can be operated by a single person. Sound insulation performance is a key indicator; through the top sealing box, the bottom automatic lifting sealer, and the side magnetic sealing strips, a tight sound insulation body is formed when closed. The panel core is mostly made of high-density sound insulation materials, and the surface finish can be fabric, glass, wood grain board, etc., which perfectly integrates with the interior decoration. The electric system can be controlled by buttons or remote controls to realize intelligent space conversion.
Product Specifications:
The width of a single panel is usually 600-1200mm, and the height can reach more than 10 meters (structural reinforcement is required). The sound insulation level ranges from Rw 30dB to Rw 58dB. The track system needs to be specially designed according to the weight and quantity of the panels, and it is necessary to ensure that the ceiling structure has sufficient load-bearing capacity. Manual, electric, and remote control are common driving methods. The panel thickness is usually between 60mm-100mm.
