HPL board is a high-density board made of cellulose fibers impregnated with phenolic resin, which is extremely wear-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant, and waterproof and moisture-proof. The aluminum-plastic board surface has a metallic texture and a variety of color options. The system adopts dry construction, and all panels and accessories are modular, enabling fast installation. The panels can be disassembled and replaced, and local damage does not require overall maintenance. The joints are usually treated with professional rubber strips or aluminum profile battens, which are aesthetically pleasing and sealed. The common thickness of the panels is 6mm-13mm. The overall thickness of the system varies depending on the keel system. The density of the HPL board can reach more than 1400kg/m³, and the formaldehyde emission meets the E0-level standard.
