The strict hardness control between HRC38-44 balances the strength and toughness, avoiding bolt breakage under impact load.

Made of 40Cr alloy steel, with strength grade 12.9, achieving a minimum tensile strength of 1220MPa and yield strength of 1100MPa. The available diameter range is 12mm to 16mm, length range is 30mm to 150mm, adopting metric coarse thread with 6g tolerance precision. The external hex head has a standard width across flats matching 19mm-24mm wrenches, and the surface dacromet coating thickness is 8-12μm, providing 1500+ hours of salt spray corrosion resistance. The thread is precision rolled, with high dimensional accuracy and good thread fit, ensuring stable fastening performance. The bolt is tested for fatigue resistance, meeting the long-term rotation use requirements of photovoltaic tracking systems.
Specifically applicable to single-axis and dual-axis photovoltaic tracking systems, large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic power stations, and industrial photovoltaic projects.
