The unique fine thread design increases the contact area between the thread and the nut, improving the fastening stability and anti-loosening performance, effectively preventing the photovoltaic panel from shifting or loosening due to wind load or thermal expansion. The hex socket drive design allows the bolt to be installed in narrow spaces such as between photovoltaic panels, solving the installation limitation of external hex bolts in compact installation scenarios. The flanged head design increases the bearing area, reducing the pressure on the photovoltaic panel bracket and avoiding damage to the bracket surface. The strength grade 10.9 provides high tensile strength, which can bear the fixed load of photovoltaic panels under strong wind conditions. The color zinc plated surface treatment provides 500+ hours of salt spray corrosion resistance, meeting the basic anti-corrosion requirements of most ordinary outdoor photovoltaic projects.

Complies with GB/T 5789 standard, made of 45# carbon steel, with strength grade 10.9, minimum tensile strength of 1040MPa and yield strength of 940MPa. The available diameter range is 10mm to 12mm, length range is 25mm to 60mm, adopting metric fine thread with 6g tolerance precision. The hex socket head has a standard size matching 4mm and 5mm allen wrenches, and the flanged part has a built-in serrated design for anti-loosening. The surface zinc plating thickness is 15-25μm, providing basic anti-corrosion protection. The bolt head height is controlled within a standard range to ensure that it will not protrude from the photovoltaic panel pressing block, avoiding affecting the installation of photovoltaic panels.
Mainly applicable to the fastening of photovoltaic panel pressing blocks in ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic projects, especially suitable for compact installation scenarios such as distributed photovoltaic rooftops and small-scale ground photovoltaic stations. It can be used with standard photovoltaic pressing blocks to fix photovoltaic panels on aluminum alloy or steel brackets. It is suitable for ordinary atmospheric environment areas, and can be used by photovoltaic installation contractors, photovoltaic component manufacturers, and mounting bracket suppliers as supporting fastener products.
