Adopts antique wood grain transfer printing technology, restoring the texture and color of real wood, with visual effects close to solid wood window grilles without additional maintenance. Laser engraving technology ensures high pattern accuracy and clear details, and manual polishing of edges avoids sharp scratches. The mortise and tenon splicing structure does not require welding, retaining the aesthetic texture of traditional craftsmanship while improving structural stability. The UV resistance level reaches Grade 8, and there will be no fading or cracking after long-term outdoor use. Compared with solid wood window grilles, it is lighter in weight, easier to install, and has waterproof and moisture-proof properties, suitable for humid areas in southern China. Classic Chinese patterns such as back pattern, ice crack pattern and ten thousand character pattern can be customized as needed.

Made of 6063-T5 primary aluminum alloy, the profile thickness is 1.8mm to 2.5mm. The standard single fan size range is 500mm to 1000mm in width and 1000mm to 1800mm in height, supporting custom special sizes. The antique wood grain transfer printing coating thickness is ≥35μm, and the colors cover retro tones such as walnut color, mahogany color and rosewood color. The mortise and tenon splicing structure has no welding traces, and the overall appearance is simple and elegant. The net weight of a single fan is 7kg to 20kg, which is adjusted according to the size. The UV resistance level meets the GB/T 1865-2009 standard, and it can resist long-term sun exposure without fading. Installation accessories include stainless steel screws and sealing strips, suitable for a variety of installation environments such as brick-concrete and wooden walls.
