Adopts AL6061 aluminum alloy inner tank with multi-layer vacuum adiabatic layer, which has excellent thermal insulation performance, with static evaporation rate ≤0.5% per day, reducing liquid oxygen loss; built-in pressure safety valve and flow controller to ensure stable output pressure of 0.5-2bar, meeting medical oxygen output standards. Passed FDA, CE and ISO 13485 certifications, the inner tank is passivated with food-grade treatment to avoid oxygen contamination. Equipped with intelligent liquid level monitoring system, which can display the remaining liquid oxygen in the tank in real time and give early warning of replacement needs, and supports remote data transmission to the hospital central control room for unified management.

Rated capacity is 50L, vacuum insulation layer thickness is 50mm, maximum working pressure is 20bar, static evaporation rate ≤0.3% per day, inner tank diameter is 550mm, total height is 1200mm, full tank weight is about 90kg, the output interface is medical standard quick-connect joint, supporting remote liquid level data transmission function. The tank is equipped with a low-temperature pressure gauge and a safety alarm device, which can automatically alarm when the internal pressure is too high or too low, ensuring the safety of use. It also has a anti-theft lock design to avoid unauthorized opening of the tank.
