It can be stacked up to 8 layers with a total height of 1.8m, adapting to the size of standard storage shelves. It comes with a detachable box lid and a label slot, which is convenient for material classification management. Optional plastic corner guards can improve the compressive capacity of the carton corners and avoid corner damage during stacking. Made of 100% recycled kraft paper, it can be recycled and reused, replacing traditional plastic turnover boxes and reducing long-term use costs. It supports customized brand printing and size, adapting to factory material turnover and e-commerce warehouse stocking scenarios.
The paper grammage is 250-320gsm, the BC double-corrugated thickness is about 7mm, the unfolded size is 600×400×300mm, and the folded size is 600×400×50mm. The maximum static load capacity is 800kg, and the dynamic load capacity is 300kg. PP plastic corner guards can be selected for reinforcement. The self-weight is about 2.0-3.0kg per Box. It is equipped with a built-in label slot for pasting inventory labels, and the detachable box lid is sealed with Velcro or buckles.
