The modular design supports hot-swapping of modules without shutting down the entire cooling system, solving the pain point of full-system shutdown during maintenance for traditional integrated air conditioners. It adopts variable frequency fan technology to adjust air volume dynamically according to real-time heat load, reducing unnecessary energy consumption. The precise control system maintains temperature and humidity within ±0.3℃ and ±2%RH respectively, meeting the strict cooling requirements of high-density server racks. It also comes with built-in fault self-diagnosis function, which can automatically generate maintenance reports and send alerts to operation and maintenance personnel via email or SMS.

Each individual cooling module has dimensions of 600mm (width) × 800mm (depth) × 1800mm (height) and weighs 210kg. The system supports a maximum of 4 modules for a total cooling capacity of 32kW. It uses R32 low-GWP refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly than traditional R410A. The rated power per module is 3.2kW, and the unit operates within an ambient temperature range of 12℃ to 38℃. It supports both centralized control via a master controller and independent module control, with a standard IP3X protection grade suitable for raised floor computer room environments.

This modular air conditioner is suitable for large-scale data centers, high-density server rooms, cloud computing parks, and enterprise IT rooms with expanding business scales. It is ideal for scenarios where cooling demand increases gradually over time, such as new data center construction phases, capacity expansion of existing IDCs, and dynamic adjustment of cooling resources for temporary IT deployment projects.
