Made of glass fiber reinforced polymer composite materials, the wood-grain gel coat is produced by one-piece molding process, which can maintain the texture and color for more than 10 years without additional painting. Compared with traditional metal railings, it is non-conductive and non-thermal conductive, avoiding the problems of slipping in winter and hot hands in summer. It also has strong impact resistance, can withstand heavy vehicle scraping and impact, and does not require daily maintenance, only simple wiping to keep clean. It adapts to extreme outdoor environments, including coastal and chemical park high-corrosion scenarios.

Each linear meter includes an integrated armrest, 10 balusters with a spacing of 9.525cm and stainless steel flange installation accessories. The overall height is 121.92cm (48 inches), and the armrest width is 10.16cm (4 inches). The thickness of the gel coat is 0.5mm, ensuring clear and lasting texture. The weight per linear meter is about 5.8kg, which can bear a uniform load of 300kg, adapting to a variety of substrates such as concrete and steel structures, and meeting the national mandatory safety standards for bridge railings.
It is suitable for highway bridge railings, industrial plant perimeter barriers, chemical park safety fences, pedestrian overpass railings. The target industries include transportation infrastructure, chemical parks, heavy industrial factories, and municipal bridge construction.
