Features a brushless motor for extended runtime, more power, and longer tool life. The dual-bevel design allows the saw head to tilt left and right (0-48°) for cutting complex compound angles without flipping the workpiece. Precision-machined bearings and a rigid turntable ensure accurate and repeatable miter angle cuts (0-50°). An efficient dust collection system connects to a vacuum for significantly reduced debris. The compact slide design allows the head to slide backward for cutting wider materials while maintaining a small footprint, saving bench space.

This saw uses a 12-inch (305 mm) blade. Crosscut capacity is up to 2x14 inches lumber at 90° and 2x10 inches at 45°. At a bevel, the maximum cutting height is 5-1/2 inches. The slide travel enables wide board capacity. It features clear, easy-to-read scales and positive miter stops (15°, 22.5°, 33.9°). Compatible with the DEWALT 20V MAX and higher-voltage FLEXVOLT battery platforms. Weight is approximately 50 lbs (with blade).

Primarily used for precise angle cuts, it is the ideal tool for installing crown molding, baseboard, window and door casings. Widely used in flooring installation, custom furniture making, framing cuts, and any task requiring high-precision crosscuts and miter cuts. Its cordless nature offers a major advantage in remodels without power, for outdoor deck building, or for flexible positioning within a shop.
