The main highlight of the Cyclone Space ride is its combined rotation and lifting motion. The suspended single seats allow riders to swing freely during rotation, creating a sense of weightlessness that is more intense than traditional rotating rides but less extreme than high-speed coasters, addressing the pain point of limited mild-thrill options in amusement parks. The 3-point automatic locking safety buckle ensures riders are securely fastened, with an unlock mechanism that only activates when the ride comes to a complete stop, enhancing safety. It also features a variable speed control system, allowing operators to adjust rotation speed and lifting height based on visitor age groups, making it flexible for different scenarios. The high-strength aluminum alloy frame reduces the overall weight of the ride, making installation and maintenance easier, and the FRP cabin shells are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use.

The Cyclone Space has a total footprint of 100 square meters, with a main rotation frame diameter of 15 meters and a maximum lifting height of 10 meters. Each suspended single seat measures 0.6m × 0.5m × 1.2m, with a weight capacity of 110kg per seat. The rotation system uses a worm gear motor with a maximum torque of 1000 N·m, enabling a rotation speed of up to 12 r/min. The lifting system uses hydraulic cylinders with a lifting speed of 0.5 m/s, ensuring smooth vertical movement. The safety system includes 3-point automatic locking seat belts, emergency stop buttons at the control panel and rotation frame, and a real-time weight sensor that alerts operators if a seat is overloaded. The main frame is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, with a weight reduction of 30% compared to steel frames, and the cabin shells are made of FRP material with UV-resistant paint. The ride operates on a 380V/50Hz power supply, with a power consumption of 15kW per hour, and the control system features an LCD touch screen for easy operation and parameter adjustment.

This ride is suitable for medium-sized theme parks, urban outdoor playgrounds, cultural tourism towns, and coastal leisure zones. In theme parks, it can be placed in the family thrill zone, paired with other mild-thrill rides to cater to visitors who prefer non-extreme excitement. In coastal leisure zones, the rotating motion and lifting height offer riders a panoramic view of the ocean, enhancing the overall experience. Typical usage scenarios include weekend casual outings, summer evening amusement events, school holiday group tours, and holiday family gatherings. It also caters to teen birthday parties, where groups can reserve private ride sessions with customized rotation speeds. Additionally, it can be adapted for indoor use in large shopping malls with proper ceiling height and structural reinforcement, making it suitable for year-round entertainment in urban areas.
