The core advantage of this climbing net system lies in its terrain-adaptive design, which can be installed on slopes, hillsides, and other non-flat ground, avoiding the need for large-scale site renovation and reducing construction costs. The high-strength polyester rope net has passed a 5000-time tensile test, with a breaking strength of 1200kg, ensuring user safety during climbing. The galvanized steel piles are 1.5 meters long, which can be firmly inserted into the ground to fix the net structure, without the need for a concrete foundation. Unlike traditional fixed climbing facilities, this product can be partially adjusted according to the terrain changes, and the net density can be customized according to the age of users, solving the pain point of poor adaptability of traditional facilities to complex terrain. In addition, the natural appearance design can seamlessly integrate with the surrounding environment, maintaining the original ecological style of the venue.

The total length of the climbing net system is 10 meters, with a width of 3 meters, and the terrain height difference is 1.5 meters. The polyester rope has a diameter of 16mm, and the mesh size is 150mm×150mm for children's areas and 200mm×200mm for teenagers' areas. Each galvanized steel pile has a diameter of 50mm and a wall thickness of 2mm, and is treated with anti-corrosion coating to ensure service life in outdoor environments. The connecting parts use 304 stainless steel buckles, with a tensile strength of 800MPa. The total weight of the entire set is 350kg, which can be installed manually without large mechanical equipment. All materials are UV-resistant, and the rope net can maintain 90% of its strength after 3 years of outdoor use. The product is equipped with a safety instruction sign and a first-aid kit bracket to improve the safety guarantee of the venue.

This facility is widely applicable to eco-friendly outdoor venues such as nature reserves, mountain camps, rural tourism scenic spots, and primary school outdoor activity bases. In rural tourism projects, it can be used as a characteristic recreational project to attract urban tourists to experience rural outdoor fun; in nature parks, it can be integrated into the hiking trail to provide a rest and play point for hikers; in primary school outdoor activity bases, it can be used as an outdoor survival training facility to cultivate students' physical quality and outdoor skills. It is also suitable for forest camps and adventure clubs, providing a challenging climbing experience for outdoor enthusiasts. The product can be used in most climatic regions, and it is recommended to cover the net with a protective cover in heavy snow areas to reduce snow pressure damage.
