Unlike traditional fixed climbing facilities, this tower can be partially disassembled for maintenance, greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The overall height of the climbing tower is 8 meters, with a base size of 10m×8m. Each adventure module is made of 5mm thick anti-slip FRP panels, and the connecting parts use 304 stainless steel bolts with a tensile strength of 800MPa. The rope ladder modules adopt 20mm diameter high-strength polyester ropes, which can withstand a maximum tensile force of 2000kg. The enclosed guardrails around the tower are 1.2 meters high, with a spacing of 110mm between horizontal bars to prevent children from getting stuck. The balance beam modules have a width of 300mm and a length of 4 meters, with a surface texture treatment to enhance friction. The total weight of the entire set is 1200kg, and it requires a flat concrete foundation with a bearing capacity of not less than 0.2MPa. All materials are non-toxic and odorless, complying with EU REACH environmental standards.

This facility is widely applicable to various outdoor venues, including forest scenic spots, eco-camps, youth education bases, and large community parks.
