The used climbing facility features a modular design that allows operators to add or remove components according to venue space and user needs. During refurbishment, the entire steel structure was reinforced with anti-corrosion coatings, extending its outdoor service life by 4 years compared to unrefurbished second-hand facilities. It is equipped with a full set of safety equipment including harnesses, lanyards, and auto-locking carabiners, all of which were replaced with new, certified products during refurbishment. Unlike generic unpowered climbing facilities, it includes a professional training manual for operators, covering safety operation guidelines and emergency response procedures, solving the pain point of operators lacking professional knowledge for adventure facilities. The facility also has different difficulty levels for each component, suitable for beginners and experienced climbers, ensuring it can attract a wide range of users.

The artificial climbing wall has a height of 6 meters and a width of 4 meters, with 3 difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and 20 climbing holds of different shapes and sizes. The rope net course has a length of 10 meters and a height of 3 meters, made of high-strength polyester rope with a diameter of 20mm, capable of bearing a maximum load of 150 kg per user. The balance beam has a length of 8 meters and a width of 0.3 meters, with a non-slip surface, installed at a height of 1.5 meters above the ground. The safety protection mat area has a size of 20 ㎡, with a mat thickness of 10cm, capable of absorbing impact forces up to 200 kg. The main steel structure is made of Q235 steel with a thickness of 8mm, coated with anti-corrosion epoxy paint. The total weight of the entire facility is 2.8 tons, requiring a flat ground foundation with a bearing capacity of 3 tons per square meter. All components comply with ISO 14801 safety standards for outdoor adventure equipment.

This used outdoor adventure climbing facility is ideal for youth adventure bases, where it can be used for physical training, character building, and outdoor education programs. It is perfect for urban parks, providing a free, engaging outdoor activity option for local families and teenagers, encouraging them to spend more time outdoors instead of on electronic devices. School outdoor playgrounds can install it to enhance physical education programs and promote student fitness. Family camping sites can use it to add recreational activities for campers, increasing their stay duration and satisfaction. Corporate team-building groups can leverage the facility’s rope net course and climbing wall to improve team communication, trust, and problem-solving skills. It is also suitable for community events and youth festivals, providing interactive, physically active entertainment that draws crowds and promotes outdoor recreation culture.
