The core advantage of this curtain wall lies in its modular prefabricated design, which greatly shortens the on-site installation cycle and reduces construction costs compared with traditional curtain walls. Each wind-activated component is equipped with a 304 stainless steel mounting bracket, ensuring stable operation under strong wind conditions. The fluorocarbon sprayed surface not only has excellent corrosion resistance but also resists UV aging, maintaining a bright appearance for more than 15 years without frequent maintenance. The unique wind-driven swing design creates dynamic light and shadow effects throughout the day, breaking the single visual effect of traditional curtain walls, and bringing a unique visual experience to passers-by and building occupants. It also meets the Class A fire protection grade requirements, ensuring the safety of building users.

Each independent wind-driven component has a size of 300mm x 300mm with a thickness of 2mm, made of 6063 aluminum alloy with a single component weight of 0.5kg. The mounting spacing can be adjusted between 80mm and 120mm according to the design needs. The maximum applicable wind speed is 33m/s (Grade 12 wind resistance), and it is suitable for building heights up to 120 meters. The surface uses fluorocarbon powder coating, which has excellent weather resistance, with a color retention rate of more than 90% after 10 years of outdoor use. It meets the E0 environmental protection grade standard, free of formaldehyde and other harmful substances. The mounting bracket is made of 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and will not rust after long-term use. It can be installed on various steel structure and concrete building exterior support structures.
This modular aluminum alloy wind-activated curtain wall is mainly suitable for commercial high-rise office buildings, large shopping malls, exhibition centers, star-rated hotels and other commercial building exterior decoration projects. It can also be used for the exterior renovation of old buildings, adding dynamic visual effects to the original rigid building facade. In the commercial plaza area, it can not only decorate the space but also act as a shading barrier to reduce the direct sunlight on the building interior, playing a certain role in energy saving. During major events or festivals, the dynamic facade can also enhance the festive atmosphere of the city, becoming a popular check-in spot for citizens and tourists.
