Adopting double-warp and double-weft high-density HDPE weaving technology, the tensile strength is 40% higher than ordinary tarps. Added with a nano waterproof coating, the waterproof rating reaches IPX8, which can be completely immersed without water seepage. Equipped with exclusive UV stabilizers, it can be used continuously outdoors for 3 years without obvious aging. Comes with reinforced edging and stainless steel D-rings for easy binding and fixing, adapting to various lifting equipment, solving the problems of traditional tarps being easy to tear and difficult to fix. It also meets EU CE flame retardant certification, meeting construction site safety specifications.
The base material thickness is 0.32mm, with warp density of 12×10 strands/10cm and weft density of 10×8 strands/10cm. The tensile strength is 1200N/5cm in warp direction and 1050N/5cm in weft direction. The water pressure resistance is 2000mmH₂O, and the operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C. There are three standard roll sizes: 3m×50m, 4m×50m and 5m×100m, with single roll weights of 45kg, 60kg and 100kg respectively. Color options include army green, white and blue, and the packaging is sealed with waterproof woven bags.
It is mainly suitable for temporary outdoor shielding of building materials such as steel bars, formwork and sand at construction sites; shielding protection of containers and goods in large port yards; temporary storage protection of factory raw materials and finished products outside the warehouse; rain and sun protection of large outdoor equipment such as engineering machinery and generators. It can also be used for temporary shelter construction in emergency disaster relief, adapting to various fixing methods including rope binding, lifting fixing and peg fixing.
