Made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, it is lightweight and has strong load-bearing capacity. A single track can adapt to a transfer cart with a load of 80kg. It is equipped with obstacle detection and emergency stop functions to ensure the safety of the transportation process and avoid collision with medical staff and patients. It supports two control modes: wireless remote control and manual panel, which is simple and convenient to operate. It has passed ISO 13485 medical system certification, meets the hygiene requirements of the medical environment, and the track surface is treated with electrostatic spraying to be corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

The track is extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, with a cross-sectional size of 50mm*70mm, and the groove width of the rail is 60mm, which adapts to the roller size of standard medical transfer carts. The length of a single section of track can be customized from 2m to 10m, and can be spliced into an ultra-long transmission line. The power supply adopts 24V DC safe voltage, the running speed is 0.8m/s, and the transfer cart is equipped with a brake device, and the parking accuracy can reach ±5mm. The whole system includes tracks, transfer carts, control terminals and power adapters, and the net weight of a single set of system is about 35kg.

It is suitable for scenarios such as medicine transportation from hospital outpatient pharmacy to consultation room, test sample transportation from clinical laboratory to ward, and consumables distribution from inpatient department nurse station to ward. It can replace manual carts, reduce the time cost of cross-department transportation, avoid manual contact with contaminated materials, improve the safety and efficiency of medical material transportation, and can also be used for material transportation in medical and health institutions such as nursing homes and physical examination centers.
