The moisture-proof waterproof calcium silicate board solves the most common pain point of traditional interior boards in humid environments: water damage and mold growth. Its specially formulated water-repellent coating creates a hydrophobic barrier that prevents water droplets from penetrating the board surface, reducing water absorption rate to ≤5%, far lower than the 10% of standard boards. This prevents warping, cracking, and delamination that often occur in bathrooms and kitchens where steam and water splashes are frequent. The B1 fire rating still provides reliable fire protection, while the E0 environmental rating ensures no harmful VOC emissions, making it safe for use in enclosed residential spaces. It is easy to install using either light steel keel suspension or adhesive mounting, reducing construction complexity in tight bathroom and kitchen spaces. Additionally, it resists mold and mildew growth, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance.

This waterproof calcium silicate board comes in standard dimensions of 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 10mm, 12mm, and 15mm. It has a density of 850 to 950 kg/m³, providing a good balance between structural strength and lightweight convenience. The water-repellent coating covers both the front and back surfaces, ensuring full protection against water splashes and steam. The water absorption rate is ≤5%, meeting the strict moisture resistance requirements for bathroom and kitchen applications. The tensile strength reaches ≥1.0 MPa, ensuring stable performance under normal ceiling and wall load. The matte water-repellent surface is easy to clean, with stains and soap scum wiping off easily, and it supports paint or wallpaper lamination for custom aesthetic matches. Each square meter of the 12mm thick board weighs approximately 10.8-12.8 kg.

This moisture-proof waterproof calcium silicate board is perfectly suited for high-humidity interior spaces where traditional boards fail. It is the ideal ceiling and wall cladding material for residential bathrooms, kitchen backsplashes and walls, laundry rooms, and swimming pool changing areas. In commercial settings, it works well for restaurant kitchen ceilings, hotel bathroom partitions, and spa facility walls, where consistent exposure to steam and water is common. It can be installed as a suspended ceiling, wall partition, or even as a backer board for tile installations, providing a durable, water-resistant base that lasts for decades. It is not recommended for continuous submerged applications such as underwater structures, but performs excellently in all high-humidity indoor environments with proper ventilation.
